I recently got my brakes "flushed" (I think they just bled them since I can see stuff floating in the fluid). They felt ok at first, but now I'm having a few problems.

1) when I pressed the brakes the brake light comes on, but not as bright as it does when I use the parking brake. It does not flash, and turns off when I let off the brakes.
2) I have almost no brakes, and then suddenly very strong brakes. Its very tricky to be smooth.
3) There was a leak from between the master the fluid res when I got it back, and the seals are defintely swollen and misshapen. I wiggled the reservoir, sprayed it down with brake fluid, and rinsed with water. The level is good and no longer seems to be leaking.
4) It seems like there was a leak between the master and booster one point due to the finish being removed from booster.
5) I still have a high idle (1-1,100k), and the leak was not found by smoke machine or spraying carb cleaner all over the place. Most sensors (not tps yet) replaced, iac calibrated, and tbi rebuilt.
When I called the shop they told me sometimes when you flush older vehicles the seals inside the master go out can cause these issues. Since the seals on the outside are in poor condition this seems reasonable.
What do you guys think? Should I replace the booster and master? Should I remove the rear abs crap at the same time? I read a thread a thread where everyone talked about how pulling that junk made a bit improvement in brake power and feel.
FYI these pictures are from before it was bled, the fluid looks a lot cleaner and it towards the top now.
