When I bought it…
Engine ran on 6 cylinders with NO CODES but oil spewed out where 2 connecting rods went through oil pan.
JBA Headers
Throttle Body Spacer
Pioneer stereo with subwoofer
Tonneau cover by Range Rider

New Engine 2019:
5.7L L31 (Hi-Tek Engines, Spokane, Wa.)
Flat top pistons
RV Cam
Upgraded MPFI Fuel Injection

Suspension:
DJM2555-4/6+ suspension lowering kit
GMT800 Brake Master Cylinder (RPO JB5 - Delphi P/N: 18045894)
Front Calmax Super Shocks (P/N: DJM1315)
Rear ACDelco Suburban Air Shocks (P/N 504-550)
Rear Anti-Sway Bar (Suburban)

Wheels:
Winter: Truck came with 17" Black Iron Tracker rims (18mm offset INWARD) with winter tires and 2" aluminum wheel spacers.
Summer: American Racing AR647 Nitro wheels with BFG Radial T/A Front P255/50R15 & Rear P295/50R15
Fat tires really looked good but on uneven pavement it would pull all over the place.
Alloy Nitro wheels developed a leak I couldn't cure so I sold the fatties. Still prefer and miss the fat tire look though.
Also sold the winter tires and put Toyo Proxes Plus P275/40R17 on the Black Iron rims. I would choose a bit taller tire next time. Tires were bought used with 25km on them.

Interior:
Blue LED lighting instrument cluster and courtesy lights
Suburban Overhead Console
2004 Avalanche Compass/Temperature Rearview Mirror
2000 Cadillac Escalade center console

Electrical:
Missing Fog Lights Relay Terminals added in the Convenience Center (future exterior lighting??)
Missing Underhood A.I.R. Relay terminals added for future use (not sure yet)
Instrument Panel Fuse Block power terminals added for future use (again, not sure yet...)
Underhood fused power terminals added for future circuits (box lighting??)
Steering:
Power Steering EVO Circuit MANUAL POTENTIOMETER (dial in a light or heavy feel manually)
https://www.gmt400.com/threads/evo-steering-delete-repair-or-upgrade.52633/

Body:
I like them stock.
Used UHMW strips to mount belting material where the front bumper valance used to be.
Really tough and doesn't break when it flexes. Probably cut the UHMW so the belting has a bit more of an angle if I do it again.

Future:
Have a chrome smoothie front bumper to install (I would prefer a color matched black one but haven't found yet)
Also have a black rear bumper that needs paint that hasn't been installed yet.
Steering Rag Joint Delete/Upgrade?
Front UPPER Corner Marker Lights Bulbs
Slightly tucked front bumper?
Rear roll pan?
Trailing Arm rear suspension?
Deeper C-Notch (Western Chassis Super C-Notch) for a little more rear travel??

I should probably start acting my age.
