Well darn. Learned something new. So I been running the truck letting the alternator do its thing. Testing the electrical lights and what not. After testing the mirror a c popped up. Looked in the ole manual and It says needs calibration. Gm programmed these to zone 8. I believe I'm zone 7. Anyways I never new any of this but now I know what to do whenever I can swing it around the block. If I'm not the only one heres some info

Not a real update. Just doing my friday routine. Got the battery connected and testing everything making sure nothing dumb pops up. Been letting her get to operating temp and test the ac/heater.
Need to get some real jackstands so I can jack her up and lower the diff. I've been itching to take the rear apart so when the time comes I can just plug n play the new parts lol

That info is over 20 years old now and may no longer be accurate. Magnetic north is constantly moving.
