With a wee little car tire it's closer to a 3.23 in a truck I bet.

So, used the Grimm Jeeper calculator earlier, and you were very nearly spot on when you called out a 3.23 ratio, at least when compared to the 235/75/R16 of a C1500. Still not a ratio I myself would tow with on any regular basis. But doable.

Yup. Really really hoping it ain't a scam. Doesn't seem to have any of the typical hallmarks of such. Has an out of state plate, but I've checked several different areas on Craigslist, and it hasn't shown anywhere other than the posting I found local.

For some reason I wasn't getting my notifications on this thread?!

Took some reading to get caught up. I'm a full size B-Body guy, and have been looking for the "right" Buick Roadmaster sedan or station wagon to bring home for a back and forth to work rig. I'd prefer a pre-94 because I like the dashes better (they have a tach included in the cluster) and the engine is getting LS swapped no matter what. Slap some Impala wheels on it and drive the hell out of it!

Good luck on the potential 'burb purchase however. I'd have a fleet of them if I had covered storage for them all!
