Here's the video. If you guys can like and subscribe that would be great. It helps get the video to the top of the you tube search and only takes a couple seconds.

I put some double convoluted bags on the rear of mine. They ride like ****. One slowly leaks so that’s also a pain in the ass.
I constantly kick around the idea of yanking them out for coilovers or even the later suburban rear coils.
I did a set of coilovers in my lowered 73 c10. They ride so much nicer than these air bags.

If you find some quality bags, lemme know.

So far the ride isn't great . I'm hoping once the bed goes on it will ride much better. Right now I only need about 20 to 25 psi to get to ride height. What psi are you running?

I used some pretty heavy duty bags on mine, so I probably run closer to 15 psi.
because I did the bars outside, bags inside I’m getting a little more body roll on the rear than I want also.
I have kicked around the idea of leaving the bags in removing the shocks and adding the coilovers outboard and keep the air springs as “helpers.”
I have been tearing through your thread. It’s pretty awesome. I was pondering an engine swap on mine. But out here a diesel newer than 97 needs a biannual smog. No such laws in Florida?
