That fitment is perfect! That’s a very nice setup there my man. Is this a one off custom kit or could I get my hands on a set of those turbo headers???

CXracing.com and no its not a one off kit. Those headers are designed for the 60-66 C10. One of my close friends owns and runs a body shop, and he helped me with the measurements. The down pipe and the wastegate downturns need some simple work, but thats minor stuff, considering the fitment and look! You can also order juat the headers with the turnouts...

Alright everybody, here is where I'm at. As of right now, my A/C is on pause till I figure some other things out. I'm really pushing the edges of a street driven race truck, and if I have to loose the A/C to achieve my performance goal, then so be it! I wanna be competitive more then I wanna be comfortable!!!! I'm fighting all my buddies and keeping my power steering and brakes. I'm not giving those up while I drive in traffic.

So my next step is going to be my cold side. I've decided to run dual intercoolers from CX racing. I've measured multiple times and I believe this is going to achieve my goals. Im going to run the intercoolers behind the grill, infront of the radiator support, between the hood latch and the lighting...

What are you planning for fuel? Those intercoolers look good, have you considered spraying them?

E85 all the way!!! I have and its on the list for the first round of upgrades. I think a little alcohol mist would cool those charge temps down real nice. I have been on the fence about air to air and air to water...... cost, room, simplicity and dependability were all factors. There's enough complexity involved with what im trying to do without nerding up everythjng!!! Haha

Hahaha..... love it!!!! Sounds like a man with many scabs and bruises on his hands!!!! If I was on pump gas it would be a no brainer and I'd run air to water.... Alcohol changes the game 100%!!!!
