Just discovered I have a broken top window hinge on the passenger side window, 98 extra cab.
How do you go about repairing this? Looks like plastic? Quick fix? Modified fix?
Never done one of these....

Looked online and found this diagram of the parts, need the peice between numbers 5 and 4, not finding it anywhere. Is there a replacement available?

Ideas, tips or tricks would be welcome.

From about mid-1994-up, the hinge is part of the window frame, and the frame is glued to the body. Gonna need a new frame assembly and proper installation (chop old one out, prep surface carefully, glue in new frame with correct window adhesive.)

On older trucks the hinges and latch were separate parts, pop-riveted into the body.

Got a recommendation for the adhesive? Windshield urethane?

That would be my best guess, but it would also be a guess. It's more than likely the correct product, but it's a job I'd just have the pros do so it has a better chance of not leaking.
