From Houston, Texas where it's currently 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the shade, add 10 or 15 to that if out in the sun for much time, as far up in the Great White North as you are: does it ever get very warm there?
And how far north of the Arctic Circle are you?

I have looked at so many pictures of wheels I am no longer confident that I can judge the size of the center pads between them/mine. Is it possible this one is smaller than mine?

All of the airbag-less wheels (like the one you have) should be exactly the same, which is was what most 2500/3500s came with. I can almost guarantee the one that @Z71Hobbs has will fit your truck with very little fuss, if any. :waytogo: And you most likely could still use your GMC center pad, unless you'd rather replace it with a bowtie. :naughty:

That wheel looks very nice! Way nicer than the worn out one in my 98.

Here is a map showing the Arctic Circle - Tuk is about 300km/180miles north of it
I spent a summer (in 1979) in Eagle AK commercial fishing King (Chinook) and Chum (dog) salmon on the Yukon river. Between seasons we took the boat 100 miles upriver to Dawson City, UT for discovery days - what an experience, beautiful country! Spent the winter in Kodiak commercial fishing too, that's where I met my wife, been married 39 years now.

Thank you very much for this supporting information - the only original GMC badging left on the truck is the tailgate, so a Chev center pad could work but I have grown accustomed to the GMC being there, after nearly 20 years with the truck... :)

Cheers

The North is a remarkable part of the world and I have spent my whole life up here - still don't feel the need for a change.

39 years! nicely done and wish you both, many more.
