It takes around 15 minutes to test with video. Chime is lockated under the dash driver side-********* block in fuse box-just take it out-mine's out as it's unberable-I use the socket for power source for my roof lights switch.

If I disable the chime - do I lose the lights-still-on warning?
Depressing the Schrader tells me if fuel has come up. There's a little spurt if it has. Zero today though.
Video is handy for the pinouts for the relay. I'll test the relay as well and jump the pump also. If the relay side is all good but no fuel when jumped I'll go as far back in the wiring as I can access before declaring the pump a goner. If it's goosed then a strong motivation to re-tank both tanks.
Getting parts from the USA is tricky at the moment due to a credit card issue - almost resolved - off for a meeting with the bank shortly to resolve finally.
Testing as outlined is for next week - this week has been exhausting for a number of reasons.

My tank is 100l-didn't see the point in smaller one as I travel to Europe in this truck. Naturaly u can only fill it up to 80%.

You have a heavy right foot!

Warning goes of course but if u get in habit of turning them off should be no problem-besides you may only take it out for a minute just to listen to your pump and put it back in if you want. I always look at her anyway one last time-love this truck and to check the lights lol.
And not really heavy my foot-it always uses more fuel on lpg than petrol. I don't wanna run the mixture too lean as propane burns in higher temp than petrol so I even run her with a bit of overflow which helps cooling her. My work route is also damn annoying with constant accelerating and braking so that doesn't help. Im getting from 13.5 to 13 mpg-if we take into account that normaly on petrol it's 16 then it's not too bad. Still half price of petrol. Moneywise I spend same as my friend in audi q7 with much cheaper tax and insurance so it makes perfect sense lol

I'm too forgetful to dispense with a lights on warning! Temporarily for the pump I could - but no fuel at the Schrader tells me the pump isn't pumping - next week I'll endeavour to find why. And, now on top of why Rock Auto couldn't take payment for parts. They (but not they're fault) were trying to match my details with a telephone number six years out of date (and defunct) and the bank were trying to call me about it one the same number. You couldnae script this ****!

I 'think' I'm getting 15-18mpg (hence my heavy right foot comment!) but it's not confirmed yet. Whatever it is offset as you say by other savings - including parts. £45 for a brand new mirror including shipping - less than that for a brand new headlight. As you say, it's the stop/go stuff that hammers the mpg. My first tankful returned less than 11mpg. The last brim to brim was 15 and with the fuel over-run cut-off now working I 'think' towards 18. I'm trying to establish a 'best baseline' then I can decide how much I'm prepared to sacrifice for increased pace. You're obviously into tweaking your system too.
Kenny the Welder has asked for a designated LPG thread with pros and cons. When I get around to it I'll start one.

Yes I think that a dedicated LPG thread would be great! The other day I was looking at some stuff on here and there's a few members who run their trucks on propane. One of them calls the build thread "Hank Hill's C2500"(I believe that's what it is). Should be interesting!

Ok - it will be done. My reticence though was LPG popularity here in the UK is largely due to it being around half the price of diesel/gasoline and generally, gasoline being relatively cheap (though surprisingly - to me - varied) in the USA. Is propane a cheap fuel there too?

My only experience with buying it is for the trailer. It has 2 20 gallon bottles on the front for the stove, hot water heater and refrigerator ( also runs the furnace but sucks it down doing so). The average fill on one is $20--$25, depending on where I go and how close it is to empty. And the 80% fill is done here too. We're lucky though that there's 3 or 4 places within a couple miles to get propane. One of the nice things about living on a major highway in Houston, I suppose....
Gasoline is starting to go back up, but still under $2/ gallon. Filled the Burb up yesterday for less than $50 for 32 gallons, but that was with 20 cents a gallon grocery store points discount.

Hence propane coversions not popular in the US as it's similar price to gasoline. Different story in Europe/UK. Only way if you not loaded to drive a v8 as a daily.

Some fleets in this area run on LPG, and in some rural areas I've seen farm trucks and such that run on LPG. Gasoline prices have not always been this low. A few years ago it was around $4 a gallon, and diesel was around $5 a gallon. You can imagine how that affected shipping costs.....
Very easy to spend $100 feeding the Burb!

Back in 1981 we had a 400 cu in Ford 1 ton cab and chassis truck we put a flat bed on with a 110 gallon propane tank behind the cab and in front of the headache rack. Used it mainly to pull goose neck cattle and flat bed trailers (3" ball) on the ranch. The truck only had a 19 gal gas tank. We traded that thing in for a new Ford F250 HD 4X4 with the new fangled International Corn Binder diesel (6.9L, 160HP IIRC) engine in 83, ha ha. The propane/gas truck couldn't come close to pulling like the diesel.
