After sitting idle on this project and getting some customer projects done, (667 wheel hp 87 firebird was a fun one) i ordered the last of the **** i need for my blower intake build. I am totally changing directions on how i was doing it. I am making a long runner intake that the blower will bolt to. Be a simple unit when its done but i have collected all the stuff i need 20' stick of 1.25x3" rectangle 1/8" aluminum. Two flat stock 1/2 thick pieces for mounting flange. New bits to mill orings into the top for sealing. 102mm throttle body. 4" elbow to move the tb out. Tb mount flange. Injector bungs. Some aluminum to make an intercooler ice tank. Also my motor donor vechicle was a suburban with rear air. Im going to use the dual ac system and mount one cooler in the tank, submerged in water to drop my intercooler temps well below ambient. Ill have a big enough reservoir that ill have more than enough cold water for long wot pulls. I plan on running enough boost to get me into 500wheel hp.

The blower had the injectors on the plenum, which cuts off 50% flo . I need to seal the holes so i cut them out and ill grind on it and weld flat plates on it. My injectors will be going closer to the valve.
