Few pics of my 92, what was supposed to be a quick fender bender fix escalated into a rust repair, bowtie/molding delete and repaint. Bud of mine does a couple cars a year out of his home garage and was lucky enough to get in line with him even though he's cutting back.

This thing looks great! New here, so please pardon my ignorance - what's the wheel and tire size specs you got on there? Looking for a nice winter setup on mine when the time comes.

Those are factory 15x7 Sport wheels with the black SS center caps.
275/60's. Factory sized tires on the 454SS's.
When I went to Discount Tire they balked at putting 275/60s on my stock 15/7 rims even though their website said they would fit but, their computer says they need to be at least 15/7.5". I said look up a '90 454SS and they said OK. I went to Wally's World on another deal but I asked them about this just for fun and they said they won't mount staggered sizes or 275/60s on a 7" rim (CYA). YMMV

Ah, I see. I have the same tire size now but was wanting to run a more narrow tire for the winter. Guess I'll utilize the calculator and compare sizes lol thanks again!

Wow. What a bunch of wooses.
The wouldn't do it even though the tires came mounted on those wheels from the factory. GM bragged about the tire size in the original sales brochures & print advertisements. SMH.
I can kinda see their point, though. Damn lawyers. Fine print liability B.S.
I've bought 3 sets online in that size & had them mounted local by clean respectable tire shops, not just some guy in a back alley shop, & the girl at the front desk, nor 'the tire tech' have ever questioned or refused the job due to "Well...the book says...NO!"
or
"It's an insurance thing."
There's guys on here that have 295/50's mounted on the Sport wheels.

A really crappy pic of my '97 with 275/60's.

Yep, stock size 275/60s on 7" wide sport wheels. The center caps are GMC though not Bowties.
