Does anyone know if the fog lights use an H3 bulb? I am thinking of buying the ones that come with the mounting bracket and changing the bulb out with an led one that has the 2 wire connection. Also does anyone know what is the correct pigtail to connect to connector on the fog light side?

I believe the fog lights do use a H3 bulb. As for the connector itself, I’ve no clue, but I’m sure someone else with more knowledge will chime in. Hope that helps you out!

Ok H3, so i am getting an H3 led that will fit inside the housing seem some real long ones and some just a bit bigger. The biggest problem is finding a pigtail on the chassis side that will plug into the fog light one. Pic below on the fog light plug. I have checked for pig tails but haven't found the correct one yet. Once i get the pigtail i can get a universal wire set and just use my stock fog light switch. And boom i am done with this.

I looked for quite a while for that pigtail.
So did the guy that built the harness for my fogs. The OEM harness is discontinued. So's that plug.
When he did do the harness, he used an aftermarket pigtail & sent along the mate for the fog light side.
One thing about those OEM style fogs. They have glass lenses. They don't like excessive heat. The fogs come with a 60w incandesent bulb. I upgraded to a 100w bulb. Also incandesent.
With the 4-hi mod, oh man, did they ever work well! Retina rippers.
But, that extra heat caused the lenses to crack. The lenses are not available. Need to buy the whole light, which is also not available seperately. Have to buy the housings & lenses with the brackets in order to replace just the lens.
Harbour Freight & Tractor Supply & various others have the right sized light that will fit into the housings. Cheap. But...they are a sealed beam. Impossible to change the bulb. They're 60w. Without a pig tail. Just the wires hanging out the back of the sealed units.

With the 100w's.

They do look great. What i am going to do is try and use an led bulb and if i cant find the correct pigtail just gona cut that off and get a complete plug for both ends that match up like you did. The issue with the led is that i need to find one that is not too long that would fit in place of the original H3 bulb so i ordered 2 different sets hopefully 1 will fit.
