All TBIs only have 1 O2 sensor and they're on the driver's side exhaust manifold. With code #13, it sounds like it isn't hooked up.

That's a lot of codes, check your ground wires on the T-Stat housing, those are for the ECM. #25 is for MAT (Manifold Air Temp) which I don't think a 92 even had one (I could be wrong)? As @Schurkey said, you need to figure out what ECM you have.

Here's a troubleshooting guide.

Here's some info and wiring diagrams, as well as some suggestions on how to "tune" the 7747 ECM. It wasn't offered in 92 so, it seems you have a ******* child there. ANLW calibration is for an 89 5.7L with 2.73 gears, unless someone burned or installed a different chip. I would go through the wiring diagrams and verify all of your sensors are hooked up correctly.

Here's some definitions for our EFI systems, FYI.

after looking deeply into the wiring harness
i find that the wire for the P/N (b10 at ecm ) was not connected to anything just cut . keys on this wires is hot 12v
i rode that it should be grounded ??
also i rode if i dont use the VSS or park/neutral indicator switch then both wires should be connected together

also do i need EGR ?

You are correct, '92 does not have a MAT. it would still have a MAP
