No the NBS rear seat is not a drop in, I still have to gather up the factory mounts, measure and fabrcate some sheetmetal pockets so they work in like the factory ment for them to

Made some progress today got all but the drivers rear lift blocks in place because the bolt brokeoff and i habe to weld a nut to it to try to remove it. I also changed out the drivers side door weather stripping and got everything sealing up good again. I did some research and took some measurememts and the 98 suburban I'm using for parts has a pair of 2200# leaf springs under it that are 6" longer so so i measured the mounts under my Tahoe and theres plenty of room to move the spring mounts to fit the suburban springs that should give me less squating and another 2" of lift in the back to hopefully level it back up.

I also picked a set of used 35x12.50r20 Mickey Thompson MTZ's with about 60% tread life left for $300 delivered with a 30day warranty from a local used tire dealer

Got some more coating of some of the new suspension done today... im not too concerned with still having the drum backing plates on the 14 bolt because i still have to machine and weld on the new caliper mounting plates for the 2014 backing plate and caliper mounts...

Looking good! got a side shot with the tires? Is that the only lift, the 3" b/l? Gonna need tires for mine, seems can find all kinds in the bigger rim size, tho not really crazy bout huge rims...
