Got the engine out time to get the front suspension off so I can andmobe motor mounts. Plus I want to start to clean things up.

Not sure if you can see but these boots have nuts on the back. Tonight I'm removing front suspension.

With suspension gone I can excess the motor mount. I believe you only need to go this far if you have a 4.3. 350 and 454 share same mount best I can tell but will have a look at my 98 350 truck tomorrow.

If all you're doing is a frame side mount swap, it can be done with the suspension in place. I've done several.

Wish I knew more only thing I could find on YouTube was this and one guy drilling holes in his frame. Since I had a 3 inch spindle lift I figure remove everything. I'll be needing to get 454 springs and 2 to 3 in spindle drop.

Damn that's a scary crack I'll have to see if that is rust or something bigger.
