Well gave up on trying to take out the trans because I don't have time, and it is not fun working on the ground.
I rebuilt the transfer case, and the truck is going to be getting towed to the tranny shop tonight.
Also got my Aux light switch from @Z71Hobbs and will hold onto it for when i wire in my light bar.

Well i went out to Auto Zone today to return something and the truck was acting up. When i'd slow down i heard a whirring noise. When i accelerated off a green light, the truck would move like it had something holding it down for a split second, followed by a big clunk. I am wondering if it is something in the t case that is not right. I rebuilt it last week, and upon the new transmission being installed i drove it home last night and did not notice anything. Very strange, but more frustrating.

And now theres a metal grinding sound under the cab when turning or driving every so often. And when I rev the motor. I wonder if something's loose.....never ends with this thing... but I love it to death! :)

Hauled my first load yesterday. And a table today. Stopped short and it slid forward smacking the window. Just my luck. Strapped it down and went on my way

It's going back to the trans shop tomorrow since it hasn't been running right. Keeps throwing a P1870 code...

Picked up a tailgate that has a better latch and handle on it from the pull a part, as well as another matching factory tint side window for the drivers side.

The truck has been back at the transmission shop all last week and I was supposed to get it back last Friday. I hate waiting...but hopefully this time it'll be fixed right. Thank god for warrenties.
