Tangier Orange or Omaha Orange, depending on the year and application. It's a OE GM color. This is the earlier version, it was tweaked within the last couple decades and was not quite as vibrant.

I wonder if it's the same as the county truck orange my dad had, an old square body. What heads are on there?

If it was a factory paint on the squarebody, then it very likely is. This color was a very common choice on 67-72 and 73-79 GM trucks. Usually it's called Omaha orange back then.

The heads are just regular vortec heads. The motor is the same one that I had in the truck (has ~6k miles on it since install), I just ditched all the TBI stuff.

OK, I wasn't sure what you had when it was TBI'd. Now it's gonna be too nice to beat on.
