Hey y'all. New to the forum, so I wanted to introduce myself and my current project. I'm Jimmie, lifelong Chevy fan from Houston, TX.

My truck is a 96 GMC Sierra 2500. I got it for $2,000 in 2011 with 213,000 West Texas miles on it. Mechanically the truck runs n drives great, but w almost 260,000 miles i think it's time to show her some love.

This is how it looked a few months ago before I tore it apart. Will load more pics tomorrow of the current progress.

Thanks for tuning in!

This was where it began. What started out as a simple rust repair and repaint has became a full on project.

At the moment, yes. Truck runs too good to justify pulling it apart until I finish the paint and interior, but what you don't see is a lonely 400(ish) hp LS in the back corner of shop :)
