Hello, here is my truck. Pics are from a couple months ago. The 5.7 runs good with 175k. It would be nice to see it get restored. Truck has its share of cosmetic flaws. I don’t really drive it anymore considering I’ve only put 20 miles on it since 2016. It needed repairs done so I parked it. I have other vehicles to drive and this one unfortunately has been on the back burner since. Also it’s allergic to salt this time of year so here it sets another winter. Well that’s all for now.

Very nice, looks good.

Whenever I hear CCSB Centurion I think of their pre 1999 CCSB trucks(Before GM made them). Yours being a 1999 I have to wonder what all they customized.

Guessing that yours started out life at GM as a CCSB ?

Since GM made the CCSB that year, I'd guess it's an interior package. There is a reg cab in local junkyard that is a centurion, custom interior. Has power rear window slider.....

Thanks for the welcome. This truck would be better described as having a “Centurion package”vs “Conversion” since its a factory frame.
They installed several exterior items with only an overhead console for the interior. This truck was missing a few items such as rear window visor, chrome step bars, side window rain guards. I removed the AR 160s for stock rims, these four things would bring it back to how it originally looked.

The only obvious interior upgrade would be the over head with a built in radar detector, infinity lights and switches for rear power slider and for the infinity lights.

The exterior items that were or are on it include:
Hood deflector with Centurion logo
Lighted windshield visor
Grill guard with lights
Hard tonneau cover/ bed liner
Power slider
Dual exhaust installed by a company in Indiana (per door sticker )
Still has the Centurion emblems along with the conversion sticker on back under passenger taillight.

AR160 rims -removed
Chrome step / nerf bars - removed
Side window rain guards- removed
Rear window visor - removed

This truck has dings, dents and scratches along with some interior wear all of which are compliments of the previous owner or owners. I never did a car fax on it. I was told this “Black Bandit” did some time in Georgia. How much time? I don’t know at least the body has no rust holes. I’m sure the underneath cold use some cleaning and rust preventative.

That’s all I can think of for now. We’re all good at something and I’m good at forgetting. Hope this helps.

Nice truck! Rust is your worst enemy on these trucks. I don't even live in in north and l know that. Nice thing about living in southeast Texas, no salty roads

My 2000 K2500 CCSB Bet I haven’t put 6000 miles on it in the last 10 years, so I know what you are going through. Need to do some minor things to it, and starting to notice rust on one rocker under the driver’s door
