The pump you suggested is for 4 cylinder engines.
Besides I bought a pump already.
Sir go to Rock Auto 1995 Chevrolet k3500 7.4 litre or if you would like a 1994 Chevrolet k2500 7.4 litre pick fuel and air look at the denso fuel pump number 951-5015 It's the same pump as a AC ep377 or Gm 25163472 and does work great for 5.7 tbi's.

Look, Sir I have bought a fuel pump already. It is designed for v6 and v8 engines. You can do whatever you like, and it seems your pump works for you at the moment. But it clearly is designed for a 4 cylinder engine. With that said, I appreciate your effort and advice, but I will not follow it and suggest anyone else to do their research before picking that particular pump for a V8 application.

I have bought this one. an EP281. It is made for V8 engines. And with that I am done arguing over why I bought the appropriate part. Good luck to you, sir.

An 1990 L4 Tercel would require a Denso 951-0001 pump not a 951-5015.I recommend this denso pump because it is made in Japan and the quality of Japanese parts seems better than the China parts where most pumps are made.

So the fuel pump got here. The issue persists. Last ditch effort is a new set of injectors . after that I'm done.

One more question:
Can someone tell me where the braided supply fuel like connects to the hard line? Is it on the firewall or under the truck?
Is it hard to get to?

My choice is AC Delco but a friend in the repair business said that all brands seem to be giving problems lately.
