Beautiful truck, I have the same one, one year older and one province to the east. I'm jealous of how clean yours is.

Do you think a c-notch is necessary if a guy isn't hauling anything?

why the djm spindles with the beltech kit rather than an entire beltech kit?

I went with djm because I couldn’t get mcgauhys spindles, and the beltech spindles widen the front by a half inch, which can cause clearance issues on the front fenders with wider tires.

I don’t think a notch is necessary with just a 4” drop in the back, but honestly it was the easiest part of the build. And it was kinda just an easy thing to do while the box was off the truck.

Oval that pipe where it goes over the rear axle. You can gain an inch of clearance, and so long as you keep the transition smooth you won't lose any flow.

Beautiful truck!
thanks for the idea about ovaling the pipe. I worked on it last night and it’s 95% there. Almost got the exhaust figured out. Turns out the culprit to why the exhaust wasn’t fitting was the upper shock relocation mounts.

Decided to try vinyl wrapping my bumpers. Also while the front bumper was off, I mounted my intercooler for my pro charger and trimmed the lower valance.

The finished product. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like body colored bumpers, but I really do like it. When the vinyl starts to peel and not look great, I’ll get the bumpers professionally painted. But for now this looks pretty good to me.
