Almost wish there was a write up on that roof swap. It looks like the outer edges of the new roof is the old roof grafted in?

I would like to see a picture of how the front brake spacer is made and how much work is required for that job, or if it is easier to ream the ball joint hole and swap the whole spindle off a 99?

I spent alot of time figuring where i could cut and what had to be reshaped. The inner braces i complete cut out at the spot welds and used the orginal 97 in place of the 02 roof. The 02 roof fit right into the drip rail of the 97 and i used the rubber seal that the o2 uses on the top of the doors. Very quiet No wind noise.

It would be easier to do the knuckle swap. I cut alot off of the factory knuckle and machine a flat face for the caddi caliper to bolt to. I did the gmt800 master and a 2000 rear axle swap with the rear disk. Brakes are absolutely amazing. Stops extremely well. With a trailer it stops better than factory. I still have abs on it too.

I haven't updated this lately. I have collected a pile of stuff for it but had minimal time. In our move, i no longer have as big of a shop as i used to so space is tight especially with alot of customer stuff coming first. Im a family man with 2 boys and hopefully a girl on the way but most likely another boy lol. I have updated my brakes and the gmt800 master,(all must do this!) Rear disk brake axle swap with a locker and 4.56 gears. I have a 4l60e that i built with some goodies to hold around 700 wheel hp with a 3000 stall. I bought a lc3 supercharger from a STS-V. I have cut it up, modified the living **** out of it and building an intercooler setup for it.

I started with ebay specials that i pretty much threw away the adjusters and the brackets. Cut the piss out of them. Used projectors from the retrofit store, (high quality stuff. Brightest stuff that has clean clear cutoff beams) and a set of pods for high that also activate the high in the projectors. I added some ebay shrouds all cut up with cfl halo and i put blue in for demon eyes. Just cause the truck is blue.
