Full throttles 6.5 in kit is 2500 and says it keeps all the steering and cv geometry factory. Thats a plus anyone use this company? Theres also procomp which seems to include the most.

Superlift
Procomp
Rcd
Full throttle

Thats all i can find for 6 or bigger besides the few cheap kits.

Rough Country has a 6 inch lift option for the 8 lug. about 1000.

I have a k2500 8 lug and went with their new 3 inch body lift, 1.5 rear blocks and front torsion keys and clear 35's on the cheap.

I have a 6" Rough Country (paid around $1100) on my '98 K3500 and all I have to say are great things about how it performs. The install was a pain, though. One of the front crossmembers was welded incorrectly so i had to do some trimming for my front differential to fit properly, but other than that no issues. It has survived a 1200 mile road trip from Texas to Colorado and a few rough mountain trails. All of my angles look good, too.
I've heard good things about Tuff Country. Some of the sled pullers use them from what i was told. You can get them in a 1-pc or 3-pc design with or without rear leaf springs. Theyre about the same price as a Rough Country.

How does the RC ride? I read from some old posts that the Tuff Country was nearly too soft! I suppose bilsteins could fix that or a properly valved nitro shock.

I went cheap and wish I had gotten the RC 6 inch kit for my 2500. I went with 3 inch BL and front 1.75 crank and 1.5 rear block and while the stance is great to clear 35's- the BL look annoys me in the end even with bumper relo brackets.

Offroaddesign.com sells Tuff a Country, if they sell it then it’s a good kit, they don’t care junk. But if it’s too soft need to crank the bars up. Could always SAS it....

About 5 months now. I've heard Rough Country USED to be horrible, but they have improved. I used to work at an auto shop so i got some opinions by the suspension guy and other people who work with them often. They said the newer kits are much better than they used to be. I've taken it on some rough trails in Colorado and long drives, even up to 90 mph on the highway, and it hasn't caused any issues yet. I wanted something else, but in my time frame it was the only option.
