people say to use the Trucool 40k you have to move the bracket that the horn sits on to make it fit

Ah ok. Just wanted to make sure what you were asking.
I don't have the AC Condenser In and the alum radiator I'm using is from a mid 80s C10 I think.
I attached it to the top of the radiator support and made a bracket to hold the bottom in place.
