Nice!I finally got around to installing my Blue Top steering box and man what a difference! The steering is very tight and responsive now, probably the best it has ever been since I've had it. I installed a new steering pump along with the box, and also swapped my 3.42 front diff for a 3.73 diff and new cv axles to match my rear ratio.
I ordered a h2 hummer air intake from eBay to try out, and I am really liking how much better it fits and the way it is perpendicular to the fender. I am going to design an air intake box for it so it only gets fresh air from the fender scoop.
Here are a few pictures under the hood.

I had them paint it red instead of blue to match my black and red under hood theme. Everyone says "Oh you have a red head?" When I tell them that it's a blue top the scratch their heads.Blue top? Why is it red?
It's adjusted by the servo pin length. The have several different length pins from the factory. I even have a picture of the trans disassembled mostly and the servo is still in it. Makes me wonder if it was even pulled or adjusted in the first place.I don't know that you can adjust band clearance on that trans. Pretty sure it's ******.
And yes, it definitely is that. I'm pushing for a loaner vehicle to hopefully light a fire under them to get mine done. I'm getting frustrated with them.I don't know that you can adjust band clearance on that trans. Pretty sure it's ******.
