Got a 6.0 Gen 3 ls that I rebuilt. Getting ready for the first fire up and wanted to prime the oil system. the front oil galley plug is blocked by the power steering pump so I cannot readily access that one. Has any used one of the oil cooler lines to pressurize the system? Or is there another easier accessible place I can do that? Or should I just use the starter to spin it over with the coils and injectors unplugged?

Hold gas pedal to floor and turn the key to crank.

If the TPS is above 85% (I think it's 85 or 90% tps) the PCM goes into Floor clear mode which turns the injectors off.

Just turn the engine over till it builds oil pressure. It shouldn't take more than 10-15 seconds if the oil pump gears still have some oil on them and the oil filter is filled before install. ( we always put a fair amount of oil or engine assembly lube on the oil pump gears so it picks up oil from the pan faster on initial startup.
