Who's got an original silverado sport?

Just curious who else has an original silverado sport. I have a 90 sport in white. I've never seen another one here in southern ontario. I can't find very many pictures of them either. Plenty of the 454ss. But not a lot of the sports. I understand there was a rare 4.3 (89 you could get the 4.3 I believe), and the 5.0 and 5.7.

Mine is a 5.7 truck, with grey bucket seats. Mine has the original red/black body moldings, which, as I understand it, are impossible to get now a days. Nobody is reproducing them. My truck has had the original tailgate replaced so the graphic is different. I have reproduction vinyl coming to redo and replace what is on mine.

In the pictures, I have those (ugly to me) eagle alloy wheels. As of this past weekend, I replaced them with the factory 15" sport wheels.

If there are any other sport owners, I'd love to chat and see some pictures. Here is mine.

Not a fan of those Eagle alloys either. Props for putting the factory wheels back on. Love me a nice original truck.

My DD is a 92 sport with a 350

The 4.3 Sport is rare?! Well ****, my dad just got done restoring a '91 Sport that originally came with a 4.3 engine, but has a 5.3 LS in it now. I will post pics of it soon. It's black with the garnet red interior, bench seat, automatic, crank windows, manual locks, etc. These Sports are pretty cool little trucks, would love to own one of these someday.

I actually like those Eagle Alloys, but glad you switched back to the factory Sport wheels. If it were a regular truck, the Eagle Alloys would be fine, but on a Sport? No, it's gotta have the original wheels.

I'm taking mine out for a new set of tires this week. That's my mission. For those with a sport, post pics if you can!

EricTheCarGuy has one... Lots of vids about it on his YouTube channel. His is no longer original and for whatever reason the five speed was swapped out of it.

I saw a 88 or 89 white sport on the road the other day. I had to do a double take. It was being used as a work truck, ladder rack and everything. Truck was beat but I was still excited to see it.

Not sure why anyone want to use a Sport as a work truck like that, but to each their own.
