The EVO speed sensor is more reading the speed that you’re turning the steering wheel.
Actual speed sensors aren’t in the wheels
They’re in the transmissions / t case.
The “wheel sensors” read rotations in correlation to one another and adjust the braking ONLY.

Gotcha so apparently this has been going on for a while. Maybe the effects are worse on my 20s?

Nice to know that the EVO delete reduces the line pressure pretty significantly compared to the full boost from a bad/disconnected column sensor. I've suspected that for a long time but never heard anyone say it first hand. Thanks for the update.

Nice! After a lot of new parts just like you i.e. tie rods, intermediate shaft, etc....I still have about 2-3" of play in my steering wheel....no jerking of any sort, just that wander from the middle to left or right. Was your issue similar to mine? If so, I'll be ordering the EVO delete asap. Thanks!

How do you know if you have the EVO unit, Is it specific to certain models? Is there an RPO code? Cheers.
