Just purchased a 1988 C1500 with an older 350 in it converted to carbureted. Not sure if the engine came stock in this truck or not... I put a TH400 in for a tranny from an identical truck. Been surfing this forum and have already found plenty of useful threads to help me on my journey!

Not going to lie I didn't even notice. Buddy I bought the truck off of had everything backasswards. Have to redo most of the wiring, had to redo the exhaust cause he had the mufflers pinched between the tranny cross-member

, he drilled the tacho to the dash and bolted the seats directly to the floor in the wrong place...
