Finally, I knew there was another conversion owner out there somewhere. I have the same issue... I currently have 15x10 wheels (and hate them) with 275/60s all around. The 275/60 fits perfect on the rear but are too wide for the front IMO. I'd prefer going to a 245/70 for the front which keeps essentially the same tire sidewall. I can't find any wheel that gets anywhere near the backspacing/offset I need..... Although not my preference, I almost have to extend outside the wheel well due to the conversion trim, or else the wheel/tire gets swallowed up (looks too small). I think with the same tire sizes I mention I could go up to a 17" wheel and still fit. ANY ideas????

Have you tried going 255/60R15 in the front. Might give you enough clearance but still the beafy look.

I still think the 245/70R15 front is the best match with the 275/60R15 rears. If I stay with 15" wheels, I think a 15x8 wheel would fit the front wheel wells better than the current 15x10? I'm really looking for a better wheel solution rather than a tire size solution.

Your issue is not the tires... it’s the back spacing on those wheels. I have a conversion truck with the slim fender flairs and I’ve always run 295s all the way around without any issues.

The first pic is current while the second pic was from 12 or so years ago. Love the old girl but she’s about to hit the block.
