My 1993 C2500 has a door unlock issue.
My power door locks are working correctly, powering the actuator both ways when power is applied.
The power door lock sucessfully locks the door, but fails to unlock the door.
I can unlock the door ONLY by using the ket from the outside.
In using the key and looking down the window chanel , the lock/unlock cam on the door latch just does not slide over enough to get that last bit of pull needed to unlock.
When I turn the key, I can see the rod bow just enough to unlock the door.

This is pretty frusturating now, and I question if the door latch may have a problem, as everything was working just fine prior??

Ill bet you your actuators are just weak. Mine was doing the same exact thing until a few weeks ago when I replace both lock actuators. Now they slide up and down fast enough to take a finger off if possible.

Thank you for teh idea, but I I got it.
The arm on the latch that connects to the lock ssytem was a bit bent.
Rather then rip the door panels off again and pull the latch out, I picked up a set of 16" needle nose pliers from Harbor Freight for 10 dollars.
I dropped the window down and put the nose on the latch housing and tapped it back with a hammer.
Problem fixed and didnt have to drop the stupid panel again...
