Here's some finished pics with my home brewed mounts. The stock fan w/o shroud is only temporary until I get the e-fans.

Looks good. I see you're still using the factory spring clamps. I hated spring clamps when I first started with cars, and would change them out for stainless worm gear clamps. Some of those spring clamps were wire, which are a bit more difficult to use than the band style. Now I can't stand worm gear clamps, and prefer the spring clamps. The factory clamps do a better job. I do have one t-bolt clamp, but that is probably getting changed back to a spring clamp when I put a new radiator in.

I would suggest you do something to support that upper hose. My original radiator, and my replacement have both broken in the same spot, and I suspect it's the upper hose bouncing around fatiguing the driver's side plastic tank. It's taken around 9 years in both cases, but your upper hose is longer, and totally unsupported, right now.

Yea, good points. I actually was able to re-use the old smaller hoses (again temporarily) until I have more time to do a full block + heater core flush. At which point I'll do both new hoses and switch over to those worm-clamps.

I might have to get creative to support that hose though. I never thought that would be a problem until you said that. I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks!
