This is some great progress here Dave! You have put a lot of work into this and is coming out great! :D

I wish I could buy that steering wheel, it looks near mint condition, so do the switches.

I could but it wouldn't be very fun in the small cab these have.

Years ago, there was a kit produced for 400's to do just that.
Problematic & made only for a very short time.
This truck has one. I talked to the owner/builder many years ago.
He'd found a never-installled still-in-the-box kit at a flea market.
He said that if he knew what was involved he never would of started the install. But once he did, he was into it so far that he couldn't back out. Required a bunch of mods & had to remake some of the original parts that looked questionable so as to make it reliable.
He said he'd never do another.

If you look close at this pic, you can just see the window is 1/2 way rolled down. It is power.

9 Wrecking yards!?
You guys know how to party; I thought hitting two in one day was a good deal,
Typically 2-3 in a day is good for me, depending on which area I'm in and how much they yards have.

No worries, Al! I remember that kit from way back when, too. I don't think it's something I'd be super interested in overall, idk.

You do great work Dave. Truck looks amazing
Thanks!

I feel like I’ve seen some of this lately....
Yeah I feel like you are almost having a case of Déjà vu.
