Hey guys, I have a 99 k2500 suburban I'm going to be building bumpers for. My question to you guys is, what gauge or thickness of steel should I use? I built a bumper for a 86 scottsfale I had with 1/4in steel and it seemed like over kill. I do want to put D-rings and eyelets on the bumper and a *****. so it needs to be strong enough to be put under a load and yanked on. the rear wont get a ***** but D-rings as well. thanks guys.
