I'm having a problem with my truck after swapping the PCM. It was running fine on the old PCM now the long term fuel trim on the drivers side is at 14-20% additional fuel but the passenger side is running at -4ish. I also noticed that I can't shut off cylinder 2's injector so it could be stuck. I'm just wondering if someone has had something like this before or know what could possibly what could be going on?
Truck is a 94 blazer with a 96 5.7 motor and manual trans. brand new ACdelco upstream O2 sensors.

What is the PCM from that you installed?

Edit: nevermind, I can't read today.

I haven't done the swap, but I've gone over the swap instructions plenty of time, just to familiarize myself with the swap just in case I ever do it. The only advice that I can give you, is to check your pin-outs and make sure you have them in the correct spot. Do that a few times, JUST to be sure. I'm sure you've done all this, but I just figured I'd mention it. I know I've overlooked simple things in the past and led me to do unnecessary troubleshooting and part replacement.

I know somebody who actually knows something will chime in on this. Lucky for you, this has been done PLENTY of times.

Well I swapped out the PCM back to the stock one and the problem didn't fallow so there must be something wrong with the 0411 i got. Trims are running at a nice -4% each side now so guess
I just wasted 2 HP tuning credits. :bs:

Could be in the tune. Did you try loading up another or at least comparing the one in the box not working to the one that is working?

Another thing could be the wiring to the injectors could be different than the old setup. This is causing the computer to keep adding fuel to a side that it thinks is lean, because the wiring is backwards.
