Six inches of snow at your house really? Never thought I'd ever see that happen lol but all I've been dealing with down here is wind, rain, and crazy hail! That wiring spaghetti looks fun!

Ya it was pretty crazy, up in town it was around 8 inches. Pic if of I5 just south of the airport offramp. Sat there for abt 1 1/2 hours before I said screw it an flipped around an drove backwards on the side of the road until i could bounce over to the southbound lanes.

Yea it's a headache, never done this much wiring so learning about it as I go. Dnt plan on using any of the existing 94 wiring.

Made some room back in the shop so the truck is back in there and getting back on track with the sanding. Gunna sand it all down to bare metal as much as I can get then itll be sent off to a body shop since I'm finding dents and thick bondo all over and the wife gave me the green light to have a shop do it so it gets done quicker.
As for the engine I finally ordered the dirty dingo engine mounts and they should be in on Friday. Also I found out one of my coworkers builds an tunes ls engines so he can program it for me.

Well after looking at it for a bit that bolt is for one of the accessory brackets. Ordered Moog pitman arm and idler arm, Super Steer idler arm bracket which came in today. Then went to orielys just not and got new engine mounts, knock sensors and harness. Will be ordering a Redhead in next couple days. Also had to drop a vehicle off at a body shop we work with and they're really well known around here for hotrod builds and they told me they would work on my truck so once the burb is out of the shop and I'm almost done sanding itll be off to the body shops for quotes but I'm pretty sure I'll be choosing the one today cuz their reputation and quality.

Oh also sprayed the engine block

Looked like xmas for me when I got home. All the ordered parts came in today and picked up a new tool to sand the tighter areas.

Wow that idler pivot is massive! Are the OEM style that weak? I've never had an issue with mine, but I probably don't stress my truck much either.

I woun't mind having a little grinder like that... I need to get a compressor up and running first, Though. I replaced parts last year, but I think I still need a run capacitor.

My buddy recommended it when I redid the suspension on the burb and I havent had any problems. He's seen some factory ones that have cracked and I'd rather spend a lil more an get something better then factory.

Those Super Steer guys are right here in Grants Pass.

Yup, only took a day an half for it to come down
