700r4 TCC won't unlock when cold

TCC will stay locked up when coming to a stop and kill the engine but only when the transmission is cold. It will not happen when the trans is up to operating temp. I unplug the harness above the pan and Problem goes away. Brake lights work. Any suggestions

Seems the only way this could happen is if the brake switch, temp switch and forth gear switch were all bad at the same time. I'm gonna wire it direct and put a toggle switch on the dash
