Here is my winter beater that I put together during the summer and fall. It has a mild lq9 with gen 4 electronics on an 08 tbss pcm. It's currently mated to the stock trans while I break the engine in. Only thing I've done to the trans is new servos and corvette actuator. So far it's great with out any issues.

was this hard to do im thinking of doing my 95 yukon
It was actually very easy. The engine fits like it was designed for our trucks. I'm currentlyin the process of getting my speedometer and tach to work. For now I just use a speedo app on my cell. I used my old pcm to run the gauges and my remote start still functions great.

Did you retain A/C? That Tahoe is super clean! I have a 98 z71 I'm fixing to swap but i dream of a 2 door Tahoe with a supercharged LM7 every day haha

No I didn't retain AC as this is my winter beater. I use my motorcycle or twin turbo BMW in the summer. My Tahoe is my baby and sits pretty as I upgrade her during the down time

Great job, any plans to add a turbo?

Yes I'm going to be adding some sort of forced induction soon. Right now I'm in process of an lsa swap on my brothers g8 gt so I'm pondering on my approach. Personally I was just going to go the least intrusive route of turbo at the y pipe underneath and plumb everything there. Second thought was two smaller turbos in the engine bay for quick spool up (I love the instant power of the n54 twin snails in my beamer so I think something similar for the tahoe would be nice). Lastly I'll just cough up the money and throw a supercharger. Given the fact that I'm running a tbss intake and accessories, I can find a few Bolt in sc easily
