Hey guys, finishing up my 1996 k1500 project and wondering if anyone might know where these go? They originate from the harness on the passenger side behind the dash. Haynes manual allegedly showed they both run to the control module but it seems a bit short? My relay clicks on high, but motor doesn't work.

First impression is that they don’t look factory. I think the blower uses the purple and black wires in the photo background, plugged in at the front. Do you get voltage at that wire when grounding to chassis and when testing using the blower ground wire?

Not 100% sure but orange and white are usually for interior lighting
I'd look for under dash light, glove box light, or even the door switch for the lighting

It may be for the hood light. Looks like someone used it as a different power source because those are crimp connectors.
I know chevys had a underhood reel light for a while. I just found one at the junkyard as mine was removed a long time ago by my wife’s son.

Orange and white appear to be interior lights, does the passenger door switch turn on the courtesy and dome lights?

I agree- they look like they might be for interior lamps. That is, IF they are plain orange and plain white as they appear in the photo. There wouldn't happen to be any stripes on the wires, would there?

They look like Metripack female terminals. That's how they're installed...
A worker loads the wires into a machine that strips, loads, and crimps the wires in terminals that are machine loaded into the crimping dies from a reel... usually they get loaded into a plastic connector shell either by the machine or the line worker. Someone borrowed that connector shell... whatever it is.

The service manuals may be of some use... 1994 doesn't have separate wiring diagrams. They are liberally sprinkled through the service books.
