Truck sitting on the suspension or up in the air?
Those mounts do look like they are out 180*.
Doesn't look to be a robot weld. Somebody not paying attention?
2" or 3" arms?

It was up in the air. I even compressed that side with a floor jack and it made very little difference. This is the 4" front kit (Lwr ctrl arms and coil springs). The mounts in the pictures on the site look just like this.

This truck does (did) have the heavy duty RPO code for the shocks from the factory. Doin't know if the sway bar is bent differently because of that. I'll be getting ahold of DJM once again tomorrow. I'm wishing I never went down this road at this point. The truck will be getting an alignment this week and put on the road regardless of the sway bar being installed, I have some stuff to move.

Mine looks like that as well. I just cranked them down. Also looks like they aren't powder-coating their stuff anymore. How does the toe adjustment look? My truck was severely toe-out after installing their control arms. After a phone call I was told I would have to modify my tie-rods and sleeves to get the toe back in spec. Would have been an important note to add to the instructions.

I'll just crank mine down then.

I've already cut 5/8" off the tie rod end as per the instructions online. I'm getting an alignment Friday AM.

This is how mine look, 7 years with no issues... my only suggestion is make sure you lube the sides of the LCA bushings or they squeak like crazy

So how are you making out with the sway bar? I have the exact same scenario, can you share what DJM suggested?

Wow...to hell with dropping using DJM lower arms. I'm not a fan of control arm drops anyway. Springs & spindles is where it's at
