For what year? '88-'93 grilles take part number 15686147, which looks like it may be discontinued from a quick google search. There's a couple in good shape up on eBay for $50, though.

'94-'00 grilles take part number 12543000, which is still available from plenty of sources for around $40.

You sure? I think my part number for '88-'93 was just wrong. I had 15686147 written down in a text file but with no notation on what it was, your picture just reminded me where it came from. I wrote it down because it was also listed on the back of my factory '97 emblem. Strange that there seem to be two part numbers for '94+ though. I can confirm that 12543000 fits a '97 grille perfectly.

The parts diagrams for 94-99 Blazer/Tahoe with the sport package (BYP) look to show it as part number 12543000 and mounted with studs and nuts:
The one for RPO BYP (15607532) on 92-93 K-Blazer implies that it is mounted with adhesive, but I’ve never seen one.
