Cab Light Install

Getting ready to bust out the drill...not sure if I like the smoked look or not. My 2KXX tow mirrors currently have the amber lense and I will have to change out my corners (pro put some clears on). So I may buy a set of ambers to match the tows.

Anyone else have any issues with the gaskets not laying flat to the truck?

Do you mean amber colored lenses? I already have the Kodiak led inserts.

Amber, yes
Lights/reflectors are meant to be seen
I never understood blacking them out.

Bringing this post back up. Can anyone with the gmt800 give me measurements they used? Or go off basicaly the same measurement as the OP. ? Going with smoke amber. Either pacer or im gona find a set off a truck at junkyard

Just got mine done a few days ago and it really helps fulfill the look of the truck. Would have liked for the lights to be a slight bit smaller but the led's hide it a bit when on. Hugely helpful tips here
