Im new. Obviously. Ha

Look forward to being part on the forum.

This is my 3rd obs suburban i have owned and my current DD. Its an LS, Interior is literally a 9.5-10. Body is in 8-10 shapr. I paid $700 for it.
It has a reciept in the glove box for new tires, costing $850 a month old. Reciepts for every oil change in the last 150k miles. Im the third owner and its a 1999 k1500 with 208k on it now. Absolutely love this thing.

Now trying to decide whether to put a $1k dollar lift on a 700 vehicle. I dont plan to get rid of it, but i think its fine the way it is for now... eventually was thinking of a 6" lift. I have the duramax for the heavy hauling but it pulls the small trailers just fine. Makes a great road trip vehicle and i have maxed the passanger capacity out many times. I average about 15-16 mpg but i do need to replace the failing poppet style spider injector.

Welcome to the forum. I agree that lifted burbs look strange. I personally would keep it stock and save the money for the inevitable transmission or other problems. Bottom line though is to make yourself happy.
