That hood, bro. :patriot:

I'd say it's underutilized but it does a damn good job of keeping the engine bay relatively cool. I got it hoping to lower the truck and go fast, but then the lift bug bit me and I haven't looked back since. :p

I’ve also got a set of ford ones that do fit with some minor valence trimming. Send me a pm if interested in either option.

Look into the Ford Hooks if you want a closed loop instead of an open hook.

I've been thinking about getting a set of tow hooks for my truck and like the idea of a closed loop better than an open hook. Will the ford hooks bolt directly on or do they require any drilling? Does any one have a part number or year of trucks to pull them off of?

If I were to go the shackle route, has anyone found a bolt on option? I'm at school now and don't really have the tools or space to do any fabrication.

That would work great. Do you know what year trucks they came on? Maybe I can find some at the junk yard.

Early 2000s expedition. 18mm bolts. Here's a couple pictures of them installed on mine for reference.
