Decided to gamble and repair the hole in my fueltank with metalepoxy. Rustconverter,primer and silverpaint. Also did a copy on one of my rusted tankstraps. Clean the plastic tank cover from anticorrosionspray
Also pushed it outside in the sunny weather today (been raining for like 3 weeks!)

By the way. The fueltank looked like new inside
Also this is end of part 1 in my build. Gonna be 2-3months break when other projects taking my time.
I'll be back with cab and bed in part 2 [emoji3][emoji6]

...well couldn't help doing some more work [emoji16]
Front window out(will be replace,huge crack) and also rear window out in one piece....with the mold intact [emoji122][emoji122]
Stripped the interior as much as possible to shave weight from the cab. Then I build a dolly from some scrap metall .... work really good. Now I can roll around the cab in my garage

Little by little. Got inspired and cut out the bed for the notch. Going to make my own tubs just from plain sheetmetal.
Plans for the summer is to blast the underside of cab and bed and spray raptor bedliner.

Decided to go with the sheetmetal/tubs all the way against the inside of the outer bedpanel. Donno if it's the way to do it but it looks clean .
Have order 8 litre(!) of raptor bedliner. Should be enough for the bed and underside of bed and cab. Also have new replacment bed fenders on the way

Tub all welded up. Underside of cab and bed blasted. Next up some epoxy primer and some raptor bedliner

Sledseason is taking a lot of time but manage to get some hours now and then on the truck. Lots of tedious sheetmetal weldning [emoji19]
Did a full square-ish cut-out on the first side with the wheel arch. Did it slightly more trimmed on the other side to get a lot less warping
6 stakepockets to fill on a longbed [emoji1783]
