These came on manual trucks as well. My brother had a 93 for years with a 5 speed and a pull out cupholder. As far as I know he never hit his morning cup of coffee.

The cupholder was a little bit offcenter to accommodate the shifter.

53809 no paypal, have done US Post Office money orders for gun parts before.
