Damn! You're getting busy on this thing. That frame looked sweet in person with all the bedliner!

Was busy then kinda slowed down to almost a stand still. We had a bit of weather come through so I had to tarp up the truck for a bit but had some water get in, luckily just floor board. Then of course I've got surface rust since I didn't get a primer put over the bare metal. But things should be changing, money I was gunna use for the truck went towards a sawmill but I've got an offer on a trailer I dnt really use to much and it could be just enough to get the truck running and driving.
So lately I've been making a list of what needs to bought, wired, sanded, painted and welded. List is getting long, but have been studying abt the ls swap, and I'm feeling more confident about wiring my own harness. Most likely will be the standard lm7 since they're everywhere. Although I will need to figure out what wires I need to keep and what I can delete from the 94. If the trailer sell happens it'll be in abt 3 weeks, so for now she's just collecting sawdust and pollen.
Next update should be better

This is probably obvious to many of yall, but just wondering. The extended cab vent windows, are the frames just glued in? What is the best way to remove them? Keep in mind my truck is not stripped down like yours, lol. It's my son's daily driver. Years ago someone tried to break in by prying window out, it didn't open but the window now doesn't sit flush against body or close real tight as the other side does. Would like to replace it, but not sure how it comes out.

Yea the frames are just glued down. The previous owner had glued the window to the frame so I broke the frame in a couple spots ha. As far as getting the window and the frame out you can remove the window from the frame, theres 2 screws, but they do strip easily. Then the latch on mine I was able to just unsnap it from the frame. The frame is a bit harder to remove but if your replacing it then you dnt have to worry abt breaking it. I used a utility box knife to cut all along the inside of the frame, but with the plastic panels in the way I'm not sure how much room there is. Best bet I can see is a glass shop or you break the frame apart and remove as much of the gasket material as you can before installing a new frame

Going through pics since I had to replace my phone an figured I'd upload this pic so I have a backup. If you look closely you'll see the sticky note I left on the truck with my number asking if I could buy my first truck back haha.

Well it's been a hectic couple weeks, had planned on selling my cargo trailer to a family friend but it may be to short unless he can find a smaller car, he'll be hauling a minicar an a 2 seater rzr and the mini cooper he bought is 2 feet to long so either a smaller car or a different trailer. So I moved the truck back into the shop where she gunna stay for a while cuz once I get back from a trip I'll be going back to working for someone else, done good for myself for a while but just slowing down and can't afford to screw up my back or buy a tractor right now. On the other hand I'll be making more so the truck will get some better quality items, particularly the interior. So kinda sad news but in the long run it'll be good.
Since I moved her into the shop I was also able to finally get that rear window out and I'll be blasting parts of the truck this weekend depending on what we the wife has planned.
