Ok, more information. I posted the issue on reddit here to see if they had ideas, and they seem to have thought it could be my Coil. Based off their advice, I replaced the coil and Ignition Control Module to no avail. My next step will probably be checking the distributor, but I replaced it less than 600 miles ago, and had just looked at it less than 50 miles ago to apply some locktight on the screws to the rotor.
Another note, when I removed the EGR to replace the EGR gasket after attempting to start it, some thin black smoke came out the exhaust hole on the intake. I'm not sure if thats normal, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Do you have spark at all eight cylinders? I saw you mentioned the #1 plug, but how are the rest? Usually it’s easier to start with that to rule out anything upstream (cap, distributor, coil).

I had a crank/no start a few months ago. Fuel pressure was 60-psi. It had weak spark on #1, a little better on #3 and none at all on #2. I didn’t check the rest, but swapped on an extra distributor cap (Delco) that I had laying around and it fried right up. The defective one was some off brand that came with a Summit distributor that had probably less than 1,000 miles on it.

Like the poster in your reddit thread mentioned, they make a tester with an adjustable gap to gauge the strength of the spark.

+1 for checking out the distributor cap. I had a similar issue once, spark shower up okay at a couple cylinders but when I pulled the cap it was corroded to all hell.

Though corrosion probably isn't your issue, point was the symptoms sounds like a distributor issue.

I have my final update, the issue ended up being the Distributor Cap/rotor. I replaced both with ACDelco parts and the truck started right up, but died a second or so later. Since I had an extra laying around anyway, I decided to replace the Fuel filter(less than 500 miles on old one) and it started right up and ran, no issues.
As for the old distributor and cap, they don't look bad from what I can see.

My best guess is that some of the contacts inside the channels of the cap must have degraded to a point they couldn't get a strong spark going to all the cylinders.

For anyone wondering, the Distributor's brand is "Spectre". The housing is metal, which is definitely an upgrade over stock, but obviously the stock rotor and cap are lack luster.
