i have a 1979 Ford Dana 60 under my CCLB 1998 k3500 with an Offroad Design’s hanger kit. I noticed a couple weeks ago the previous owner put some cheap shackles in the back of the truck and they were starting to rub metal on metal to the frame bracket. Prior to mixing this I went under my truck the other day and noticed the rear shackle of the drivers side front axle had a bushing starting to pop out and the spring was starting to ****. Upon further investigation it seems that the shackle on each side is smacking the frame bracket with enough “axle flex.” I’m running around 8-10 inch lift with 37s and 52 inch front springs. I will be fixing the rear axle and front axle bushing issues soon but I was just curious if anyone else has this issue. I can’t believe they would be selling a “bolt on kit” that isn’t refined enough to recognize issues such as this. Any input would be awesome! I’ll drop pictures of the front axle bushing issue and the rear axle just to show you how cheap some people can be!
