I looked at the 383 as well, but with the reviews of the LS swaps I have read (especially since I have most of what I need) it didn’t make sense to go that route. I am leaning towards doing my own as well. If I source out a good diagram and just dive in, I assume it’s not as overwhelming as I think (a lot of wires!). I have been been thinking of doing a LS swap for a bit now. Looking for some advice/tricks. Have a 1993 rcswb 4X4, and a 2003 k2500 that I took tease out of during hunting season.
